Skilled persons have at least acquired a lower education level of electrical proficiency
by training and/or experience. They are responsible for performing their own tasks
and shall be able to account for their actions. They usually work independently under
indirect supervision and sometimes under direct supervision.
NOTE This can be complied with by WEB level 2 (WEB = Dutch Adult and Vocational

Each electrical installation shall be placed under the responsibility of a person,
the nominated person in control of the electrical installation.

4.7 Drawings and records
There shall be available up-to-date drawings and records for the electrical installation.

— instructions for use;
— user manuals.

NEN-EN-IEC 60204-1, for the necessary schedules and drawings.

Measurement instruments shall be fitted with provisions to prevent hazards in the
event of faulty operation or faulty connection.

Als trainer en adviseur NEN 3140, werk ik nu alweer een paar weken met de nieuwe NEN 3140 + A2 (December 2018). Deze nieuwe NEN 3140 is sterk doorontwikkeld.
